I wanted to create program unlike anything else I have come across because I wanted to reach women like you in a way that truly speaks to your needs!
My program is completely customized to fit your needs and lifestyle. So whether you are a busy mom on-the-go and wanting some support for your own journey, or a fellow VSG/WLS girly in need of some help to adjust to life after surgery, I have something for everyone.
Yes! My 1:1 coaching program is designed for everyone - whether or not you have had weightloss surgery. I know many of the amazing girlies that follow me have had VSG or WLS, but it is not a requirement to work with me.
Absolutely! The only requirement that I have is that you beat least six months months post-op, have doctor clearance to workout, and are in good overall health.
I know some of you will want to work with me sooner, but I want to make it very clear that I am not a weight loss specialist coach either pre or post-op. And to ensure for your safety and mine, as well as to make sure you get the most out of working with me, I ask that you wait until the 6 month mark before applying. Applications will only be taken into consideration for those who follow with these guidelines.
Heck yes! I would love to continue to help you reach your goals. And I know that for some of you, that is going to require more than 12 weeks of 1:1 coaching.
Current clients who are already in the program will have seniority which means that they will have access to spots before I open up more spaces for coaching. ;)
It depends! Right now, the training programs that I am creating for my clients are centered around weight lifting and progressive overload. In order to do that, I need to have my clients have access to multiple weights and equipment.
If you have something like a home or apartment gym, that will work also! But if you are looking for light resistance band and minimal-weights-required type of workouts, this is not the program for you.
I will send you an email and text message confirmation with next steps! Keep in mind, because of the fact that I am receiving so many submissions, it may take some time for me to get to yours. I also put everyone on a waitlist if they are not selected for coaching right away and make my way through that waitlist as spots open up.
